Montreal Hotels
Montréal Hotel Information
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hôtel le Dauphin in downtown Montréal, located at 1025, rue De Bleury, Montréal, Québec. Rooms with two queens or one king cost $175 CAD per night for 1-2 people (two night minimum) or $185 for 3-4 people (two night minimum). A continental breakfast is included! In order to secure the group rate, please make your reservation before May 1st, 2016. However, we would like to stress the importance of getting your reservations (particularly for your flight) taken care of as early as possible!
In order to secure the group rate, call 1-514-788-3888 (from Canada) or 1-888-784-3888 (at no charge from the U.S.), or email mtl_centre@hoteldauphin.ca, and mention that you would like to book a room from the block of rooms reserved for the Nash-Rodgers wedding. They speak English!
*Important: A bus will be picking up wedding guests in front of the Hôtel le Dauphin in order to travel to the wedding location. If you choose not to stay at this hotel, please make arrangements to be at this hotel to take the bus to the wedding (more details to follow as the date gets closer!).
If you are traveling in a group of three or more, another great option is the Hotel Square Phillips, which is a stone's throw from the Hôtel le Dauphin in the Golden Square Mile. They offer large and comfortable suites at a reasonable price (including a complimentary continental breakfast). Hotel Square Phillips does not offer group rates, but their prices at the moment are at their lowest, and they will steadily rise as we get closer to the Big Day. Given that the International Jazz Festival will be held at the same time as the wedding, these rooms are likely to disappear quickly.
In addition to these two hotels, there are lots and lots of other great options in the Centre-Ville, and there is of course always AirBnB. When it comes to the best AirBnB neighborhoods to stay in, just write us an email at info@ellieandlouis.com and we'll give you our thoughts!
Lastly, if you are interested in being in an 6, 8, or 10-bed dormitory with other wedding guests (think $30-$45 per night) at a downtown hostel such as M Hostel, please try to let Ellie know by Saturday, April 9th! You are also, of course, welcome to make your own reservations there if you would like to stay at this hostel as a couple.
